Wild About Color

I recently purchased the Sinful Colors Wild About Color mini giftset from Walgreen's. I believe this retails for around $4.99 at Walgreen's. Im so loving their mini bottles, they are so adorable. This would make a great gift for the person in your life who likes nail polish or for yourself if your like me.

They come packaged in this adorable red and zebra print bag. *Something That will no doubt find its way to Bri's toy box* So this is most appropriate for the holiday season because they choose wintery colors. These are all repromotes if Im not mistaken. Now on to the swatches.

San Francisco is a gorgeous jewel toned dark green. This was one coat (opaque enough to the naked eye) but obviously the camera doesnt lie I could have used another coat.
**All Polishes are without topcoat

Rich at Heart is a gorge plummy brown color. This is my #1 fave of this set. Its the perfect vampy plum.

Sugar Sugar is hands down the best Christmas red ever. Sugar Sugar is a fantastic glass flecked red. Trust me when I say this is beautiful. My pictures as usual dont do this beauty justice.

All About You is the most bling-tastic Ive ever seen. Im seriously beating myself up about passing on this last time I saw it. Gorgeous gold shimmer with red micro fleck/glitter. What's not to love about this? This is my other fave. I have definitely found my new favorite gold polish.

Last but definitely not least is Secret Admirer. She is a black with pewter shimmer flecks running through out. The pewter shimmer is what stops this from being like any other silvery black polish. I already had this in a full size bottle and I believe I featured this back in May.
With that being said Im off to do mommy daugther mani pedis with Brianna. So Ill catch you lovelies on the flipside.

Notd: Girls Nite Glitter

So my mom's bestie called me and asked could I bring my nail stuff because her mom wanted her nails done. Since Im not one to turn done making a lil extra money I obliged and packed *more like tossed* damn near all my polished and manicure kit into my pink argyle Dickies tote. DAMN I never realized how heavy or how huge my collection had gotten. I usually put everything in a rollaway bookbag. Anyways to make a long story short I went to do one persons nails and everyone ended up with polished pretties all abeit my lil wuvmuffin *bka my not so lil baby brother*. Thankfully I only did 2 manis not including Bri. Everybody else took turns polishing each others nails. And yours truly got someone else to do my nails for a How nice I miss being able to relax while someone else polishes my pretties. Thanks Mz Chilous. And finaallly on to the pictures.
This is 2 coats of Sinful Colors Call Me Later. The ring finger mattified with E.L.F. Matte finisher.Unfortunateky I wasnt able to really capture the blingtasticness on my camera. Its green round glitter with gold microglitter. In the pictures my nails look yellow but thats just the glitter. Im gonna have hell removing this glitter bomb.

Notd: Sinful Colors Secret Admirer with Crazy Kick

Hey gals hope everyone is doing swell. So todays manicure something like my usual being that its a plain mani with an accent color on my ring finger. Except this time I wanted to jazz it up and do something a little outta the box.
So the polishes that I used were Sinful Colors in Secret Admirer and LA Colors Color Craze in Electrified. The accent nail is 2 coats of Electrified which is a lovely pink metallic very foil-like. I painted a strip of Secret Admirer down the middle and then very randomly brushed Electrified over the top so there were no harsh lines and the black just peeks out. I think its a really nice effect. Secret Admirer is a gorgeous black with silver microglitter. When applied to the nail its a pewter shimmer with a blackened base. Application of both were good except the longer Secret Admirer is left open the thicker and goopier it gets. Which really isnt a problem if you work fast or you add a couple of drops of polish thinner it. I chose to do the latter. Cleanup was fairly quick and easy. I really like this mani so Im gonna see how long I can go before I get the itch to change my polish. Oh and nope these arent acrylics just regular ol' press on nails with I applied with nail glue.

NOTD & Haul

So today, well yesterday was a great day. Also known as pay day. *oh The joy* So since I really wanted to get out the house and Brianna needed new shoes for school we took a trip to the mall. But before I get ahead of myself we went to the local BSS and walgreens. At the BSS I racked up on several sinful colors and a clean colors polish, polish thinner, and cuticle remover. In walgreens I got conditioner and spotted a sinful polish I didn't see at the BSS. Claires had a 10 for $10 sale so I got 3 polishes (no mood polishes becuz I refuse to pay $5 for claires lacquer ~ its so not worth it). Then we went to see Eclipse at the theatre( I know I'm the last human on earth to see it) it was pure awesomesauce.

Now back to the scheduled programming. My new mani of the day is from todays haul Sinful Colors What's Your Name and accent nail of Sinful Colors Call You Later.
