Dollar Tree / Wal-Mart Haul

These are the goodies that I picked up in Pocomoke this past weekend.

This is Revlon Minted. This is I believe 2 coats maybe 3. This is a pretty shade of mint though kinda light for my taste. Application was ok though drying time could have been a little faster.

I absolutely love matte polishes so I hit the jackpot at the dollar tree. They had the old Maybelline mattes.

This gorge beauty is Maybelline Matte Grey. The application was flawless. It only really needs 1 coat but because Im clumsy I did 2.

This is Maybelline Matte Sapphire. I almost didnt get this because I wasnt feeling the color. I changed my mind fast when I realized it was a glittery matte. When matte this really isnt my cup of tea but topcoat this baby  and she just shines like the night sky.

Here is Maybelline City Slick. this is my fave from this haul.(not surprising since grey/pewters are my fave polish color after Purple of course) Great application also a 1 coater.

Maybellines Purple Aluminum has to be the stand out of this outing. I really didnt have high hopes  for this one based on the bottle and boy was I wrong. Looking at the bottle all I saw was straight silver microglitter/shimmer in what I assumed was dark grey polish. I started to reshelve it until I read the name. You guys know Im a sucker for a purple polish. Im glad I kept this one. She isnt gorgeous she is just plain beautiful.

This pretty is Revlon Lilac Pastelle. I couldnt really get her color accurate. She is a touch more purple than these pictures show.

I picked this up earlier last week in Rite-Aid. I went with full intention to purchase Sally Hansen Purple Gala but somehow ended up with Purple Pizzazz because I was rushing and got the names mixed up. She is still pretty though. She has what looks to be mini flakies. Pictures arent color accurate.

So if you have any of these tell me how you like them?

CQ Silver Taupe

Sorry for the short post I picked this up a couple of weeks ago at rite-aid. CQ Silver Taupe is a nude but better polish. Its like maniquin fingers covered in fairy dust. Well that is all enjoy.

Jeepers Creepers its Jumpin Jade

So this is what happens when my go to shade of jade gets bite by the Halloween bug.

This is Sally Hansen Jumpin Jade all decked out in Devotion from China Glaze. The image plate is BM13 (how ominous is that: 13) from bundle monster of course.

I love halloween its my all time fave holiday. Only I would do a halloween mani in September using what others deem as Christmas colors. *Insert an evil laugh here* Well starting now until Halloween I'll be rocking spookilicious manis.

So in the spirit of Halloween if you could be someone else for a day who would you be and why?

Sally Hansen Jumpin Jade

Hey guys yesterday was quite a day and Im so damn happy its over. I would have had a nail mail post for you yesterday but my blogger app freaked out and ate it so I'll try that again later this week. So after swatching into the wee hours of the morning last night I ended up with CG lubu heels on when I finally dozed off only to wake up to zillions of sheet marks and smudged polish *Eek the horror*. Short on time I just went about my day. Several hours and a new mani pedi later I realized I have been wearing the same nail polish for almost 2 weeks. I've developed a habit of wearing SH Jumpin Jade for about 3 days, taking it off and reapplying all over again. Now when did Miss Indecisive Me fall into this color rut and why? With all the gorge colors I own and I do own aplenty when did this become my new go to shade of choice? Not that I'm complaining because green is my favorite color its just not my usual go to polish. I love this polish because its super pigmented and dries super quick hence it being part of SH's insta dri collection. This is one coat of basecoat(nail tek foundation II), polish, and topcoat(CG fast forward tc). Side note CG Fast Forward Topcoat smells like sweet tarts *yummy my faves*.
I think Im going to stamp a design from my bundle monster plates to jazz up my nails and maybe mattify them later this week.

So what is your go to color when nothing else seems right or your in a rush?

Pink Floral

Hello guys so todays post kind of a two-fer. Ive been uber busy so that explains my absence not only on here but online period. So the Princess and I have come up with a new system to make our Mommy Daugther Mani/Pedi day (which is Sunday) more fun. Thus it was decided that one would pick a color and the other would a design if any. So the royal pinkness deemed light pink pedis and fuschia or purple pink *as she calls them* manis. So we each picked our pinks and I got to work. Sorry I forgot to take pics of the pedis. So this is how my mani turned out. I believe this polish is called Tahitian Resort or something to that nature I got this at Payless a couple of weeks ago during a bogo sale for fifty cent. The floral designs are water decals from Viva La Nails. Which are super easy to use. And here is how her Royal Pinkness' mani turned out. Her digits were lacquered in 2 coats of Florescent Pink by E.L.F. and topped with flower sticker decals also from Viva La Nails. Also I received these nail art goodies for review from Viva la Nails about a week ago. I must say these are awesome I particularly fancy the water decals. You can request some free samples from them as well if you have a nail/ beauty blog or youtube channel. Or if your just looking for pretty easy to apply nail art give there site a looksee.
